Shipping

The shipping of your piece will be effective as soon as the fabrication is finished and the quality control is done by our team. It will be taken care of by our specialized shipping companies and delivered only with a signature. No delivery will be done at a P.O box or at a pick-up point.

Shipping is free within the whole European Union with the exception of islands for which an additional fix fee of 30 € (V.A.T included) will be charged.

For destinations outside the European Union, the shipping service is charged to the buyer, please get in touch with our service via phone at +33(0)7 78 63 33 03 or via email at info@dfly-paris.com. Customs duties on imported goods, local duties and taxes upon arrival may occur and are also payable by the buyer.

French territories (PTOM) such as La Nouvelle-Calédonie, La Polynésie Française, St Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon etc that belong to States members of the European Union are subject to additional costs just like any country sitting outside the European Union.

MANUFACTURING TIMELINE

Your piece of jewel is manufactured only on order, the manufacturing timeline within our French jewelry workshops can last between 2 and 8 weeks.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

The shipping timeline starts when manufacturing is done and checked. It usually takes between 2 to 5 business days in standard conditions within the European Union.

RETURNS

The return of a jewel is possible within 14 days starting the day of reception of the article by the buyer at the mentioned shipping address. During this timeline, the buyer must inform DFLY by regular mail at 44 rue de Richelieu, 75001 Paris, FRANCE or via email at info@dfly-paris.com.

The return of your order is managed by the specialized shipping companies in close association with DFLY. The return costs are fully covered by DFLY within the European Union, with the exception of islands for which an additional fix fee of 30 € (V.A.T included) will be charged.

Nevertheless, the buyer may at his/her convenience process the return on his/her own way. In this case, the costs are entirely at the buyer’s expense and under the buyer sole liability.

Any order must be returned in its original packaging including the bag, box, travel case, authenticity certificate, laboratory certificate and jewel, all in brand new conditions. The invoice or sale receipt must be returned as well. The refund will be done within 15 days upon the due reception of all the requested articles.

Please note that all bespoke or custom-made jewelry (such as resizing, personalized engraving or custom-made execution) cannot be returned and refunded.
